Rich Fleischman is a Minneapolis, MN based commercial photographer specializing in corporate, industrial, institutional and portraiture photography.

I moved to Minneapolis from Louisville, Kentucky in 1994 to pursue acting, but a couple years after that, my brother gave me an old manual 35-mm camera and I realized photography was the career path I’d been searching for. I started with my actor friends as my first subjects, and then I quickly became obsessed with capturing everything around me, specifically people, onto film.

While I do a lot of on-location work, my current clients have me shooting more at my comfortable, minimalist 1,200 square foot studio. Located in the heart of the NE Minneapolis Arts District, my studio is in the venerable California Building. It’s a clean, restored warehouse space with north-facing windows and plenty of room for socially-distanced photography. Surfaces are wiped down before and after each shoot, hand-sanitizer and wipes are plentiful, and the air-purifier is always on!
