Big ups to Alex Roberts of Restaurant Alma & Brasa fame for his nomination as a James Beard finalist in the “Best Chef: Midwest” category. If you haven’t tried Brasa’s chicken sandwich yet, you are missing out (better yet, get it with a side of the creamed spinach).
